Join us for an evening celebrating a major new exhibition years in the making that is certain to be one of the most important investigations of the art of ancient Greece in many years. Already acclaimed in Apollo Magazine and throughout the Greek media, The Berlin Painter and his World investigates one of the most admired and influential artists of the ancient world, who worked at a time of extraordinary cultural flourishing.

A lecture by J. Michael Padgett, curator of Ancient Art, will be followed by a reception in the Art Museum.
