Enjoy this popular Mexican game of chance—including special Princeton-themed playing cards. Lotería will be called in Spanish and English. Winners will be contacted with details on how to claim their prizes. Cosponsored by the Princeton University Art Museum, Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund (LALDEF), and Princeton Human Services. Note: If you register after 4:30 p.m. (EDT) on September 3, you will not be emailed a tabla. However, you are still welcome to watch the program.
How to play:
When you register, you will receive a link to the Zoom webinar. You will also be emailed your assigned playing board (tabla). Before joining the game, print your tabla and grab a marker or a handful of dry beans to use as placeholders on your tabla.
How to play if you received a community flyer with a tabla:
If you received your tabla from a community flyer, you will not be emailed an additional board. When you register, enter your board number on the registration form. Your board number is located on the board provided in the flyer. Before joining the game, grab a marker or a handful of dry beans to use as placeholders on your tabla.
