For those contemporary Asian and Asian American artists whose practice engages with traditional forms of art making, the art historical record offers a wealth of material to reconsider, reformat, and reimagine. Join Associate Curator of Asian Art Zoe S. Kwok for an in-depth look at several recently acquired works of art by Asian and Asian American artists.
