Alexandra Foradas
Haskell Curator of Modern and Contemporary ArtAlexandra Foradas was appointed Haskell Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art in 2025. Prior to joining the Museum, Foradas was at MASS MoCA, where she curated and co-curated solo exhibitions by artists including Osman Khan (2024), Jason Moran (2022), EJ Hill (2022), Taryn Simon (2018, 2021), and Annie Lennox (2019, co-curated with Joseph Thompson), as well as group exhibitions including Like Magic (2023), Deep Water (2022), and Kissing through a Curtain (2020).
Foradas is the editor of Osman Khan: Road to Hybridabad (MASS MoCA, 2025) and Kissing through a Curtain: Contemporary Artists on Translation (MASS MoCA, 2021), and a contributor to EJ Hill: This Means Everything to Me (For the Birds Trapped in Airports & MASS MoCA, forthcoming 2025).
Foradas has taught at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Hunter College. She holds an MA from Williams College and a BA from Bowdoin College.
