Enjoy this popular Mexican game of chance—including special Princeton-themed playing cards. Lotería will be called in Spanish and English. Winners will be contacted with details on how to claim their prizes. Cosponsored by the Princeton University Art Museum, Latin American Legal Defense and Education Fund (LALDEF), and Princeton Human ServicesRegister by 6:30 p.m. (EDT) on September 2 to be receive a tabla by email. If you register after this time, you are welcome to watch the program.

How to play 

When you register, you will receive a link to the Zoom webinar. You will also receive your assigned playing board (tabla) by email. Before joining the game, print your tabla and grab a marker or a handful of dry beans to use as placeholders on your tabla

How to play if you received a community flyer with a tabla 

If you received your tabla from a community flyer, you will not receive an additional board by email. When you register, enter your board number on the registration form. Your board number is located on the board provided in the flyer. Before joining the game, grab a marker or a handful of dry beans to use as placeholders on your tabla

This event will include live closed captions in both English and Spanish. English captions are available directly in the Zoom toolbar by clicking the "CC" icon. To access Spanish-language captioning, open Streamtext, where you can select “Spanish” to see the live captioning.

Si recibió su tabla de un volante comunitario, no se le enviará por correo electrónico un tablero adicional. Cuando se registre, ingrese su número de placa en el formulario de registro. Su número de tablero se encuentra en el tablero provisto en el volante. Antes de unirse al juego, tome un marcador o un puñado de frijoles secos para usar como marcadores de posición en su tabla.
