Princeton University has always been a dynamic institution, evolving from a two-building college in a rural town to a thriving University at the heart of a busy, multifaceted community. The campus changed dramatically in the last century with the introduction of iconic Collegiate Gothic architecture and significant postwar expansion. Join a Princeton University Art Museum docent for a guided walking tour of campus’s architectural highlights, including Nassau Hall, the first building commissioned for the campus, and the University Chapel, a leading example of the Collegiate Gothic style. Please note, this tour includes stairs. Binoculars welcome.
