Curated by Curatorial Associate Beth Gollnick, Traces on the Landscape features contemporary artists who depict the natural world through experiences of the body, race, gender, and ethnicity. By drawing upon material histories, employing recording technologies both historical and current, and retracing the paths of earlier generations of photographers, these artists redefine our relationships to the landscapes we inhabit.
