Michael Kenna: The Rouge, Dearborn, Michigan
British photographer Michael Kenna’s work at the Rouge complex in Dearborn, Michigan, took place over a period of a few years in the 1990s. The published works were released at that time, and a complete set then entered the collections of the Princeton University Art Museum. The artist added additional works—from the original shoots in the 1990s—to the series in 2016, and these also entered the Museum’s collections. The entire series of 120 gelatin silver photographs appears here.
