More Context

Rich and mysterious atmospherics often dominate Kenna’s photographs of the Rouge. Here, a traveling bridge crane hovers over seeming mountains of iron ore, but is obscured as its line plunges into a cloud of smoke or steam, making this both an image of energy and a relic.
