Senior Visitor Experience Representative Data Specialist

The Princeton University Art Museum welcomes applications for the position of Senior Visitor Experience Representative (Senior VER), Data Specialist, to join the Visitor Experience Team (VET) with a focus on visitor data and evaluations. 

This visitor and data-focused position will support a dynamic exhibition program and an array of education initiatives that continue to grow in energy and impact each year, particularly in the lead up to the opening of the new Art Museum building in Fall 2025. Senior VERs are responsible for promoting an inclusive and engaging experience for all visitors, modeling behavior for members of the VET, and supporting a variety of mission-driven projects within the Art Museum. The VET currently supports the daily operations of Art@Bainbridge, the Museum’s downtown gallery, and will expand its visitor support roles in the new Museum building. 

 The preferred candidate will be a confident leader and enthusiastic colleague who can seamlessly navigate between routine and daily operations-related tasks and longer-term projects with time-sensitive deadlines, while providing high-level visitor support and embracing a flexible mindset to adapt to the needs of the moment. The Senior VER Data Specialist will support the Museum’s visitor data and evaluation initiatives, including tracking attendance, developing tools to assess visitor experiences and satisfaction, analyzing the data, and producing reports to effectively communicate key findings. The Senior VER must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be adept at using a variety of software platforms. As a member of the Education Team, the Senior VER will lead by example and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, innovation, integrity, inclusiveness, and respect.

Museum Facilities Assistant 

The Princeton University Art Museum seeks a highly effective Museum Facilities Assistant to join a team that supports the Museum's facilities and staff. They will work closely with the Associate Director for Finance and Operations, the Museum Facilities Manager, the Facilities Team, the Security Operations Manager, the Head of Art Museum Security Supervisor, and the Museum Event Team. The Museum Facilities Assistant will assist with all aspects of maintaining the Museum's facilities, including maintenance of Museum spaces (multiple locations) such as light carpentry and electrical work, and light custodial work; set-up for special events; ordering and picking up supplies; painting building spaces; taking and maintaining inventory of non-art items and publications at the Museum and offsite storage facilities; driving and moving non-art items to and from storage; painting galleries and pedestals; changing light bulbs and fixtures in non-public areas; scheduling usage and maintenance of Museum vehicles; and other duties as assigned.

Annual Support Associate

Reporting to the Manager of Individual Giving, the Annual Support Associate is a development administrative professional. The Annual Support Associate will be responsible for all membership gift processing, including accurate and timely membership data entry and fulfillment; updating and maintaining membership records; generating the mailing of all membership renewal and appeal letters; providing excellent customer service via phone and email to current and prospective members; and assisting the manager with all membership communications, including acknowledgment letters.

The Annual Support Associate will assist with and/or coordinate benefit fulfillment activities and events; field membership-related inquiries in writing, by phone, and in person; and, in collaboration with the Manager of Individual Giving and the Development Operations team, identify current and potential members with capacity for increased giving. 

This position will support the Manager in the Museum’s annual appeal campaigns, including all related mailings, digital strategies, gift entry, and acknowledgments.

Exhibitions Project Manager

The Princeton University Art Museum welcomes applications for the position of Exhibitions Project Manager, a role asked to manage and deliver the successful planning, development, and execution of special exhibition and collections gallery projects, including but not limited to special exhibitions focused on the museum’s collections held in the museum’s galleries or traveling to other venues and temporary exhibitions on loan from other institutions. This position would also help manage the regular changes within the museum’s collection galleries. The responsibilities of this position span from detailed oversight to the hands-on management of complex facets of project details, communications, budgets, procurement tasks, and project scheduling. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Museum Projects & Strategic Initiatives.

The Princeton University Art Museum welcomes applications for the temporary position of Manager of Corporate Relations, who will play a pivotal role in securing vital financial support for the Princeton University Art Museum by developing, implementing, and growing a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy. This position is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with local and national businesses to generate revenue through corporate memberships, program and exhibition sponsorships, and event sponsorships.
