Alexandra Foradas

Alexandra Foradas was appointed Haskell Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art in 2025. Prior to joining the Museum, Foradas was at MASS MoCA, where she curated and co-curated solo exhibitions by artists including Osman Khan (2024), Jason Moran (2022), EJ Hill (2022), Taryn Simon (2018, 2021), and Annie Lennox (2019, co-curated with Joseph Thompson), as well as group exhibitions including Like Magic (2023), Deep Water (2022), and Kissing through a Curtain (2020).
Foradas is the editor of Osman Khan: Road to Hybridabad (MASS MoCA, 2025) and Kissing through a Curtain: Contemporary Artists on Translation (MASS MoCA, 2021), and a contributor to EJ Hill: This Means Everything to Me (For the Birds Trapped in Airports & MASS MoCA, forthcoming 2025).
Foradas has taught at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Hunter College. She holds an MA from Williams College and a BA from Bowdoin College.
