This year’s installment features Diana Kamin, author of Picture-Work: How Libraries, Museums, and Stock Agencies Launched a New Image Economy (MIT Press, 2023). Kamin is an advanced lecturer in the Department of Communication and Media Studies at Fordham University in New York. Her research has been published in Information & Culture, Journal of Visual Culture, and Artforum, among other publications.
Moderated by Francesca Butterfield, doctoral candidate in the Department of Art & Archaeology.
