Saturdays are for young makers in the Creativity Labs! Build an expressive sculpture inspired by the work of artist Nick Cave.
Drop in anytime between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to explore a work of art, play with different materials, and exercise your imagination. Come for fifteen minutes or two hours—whatever your schedule allows. All ages are welcome; no tickets or reservations required.
Nick Cave is a sculptor, choreographer, and dancer. His Soundsuit (2013) is not only a sculpture but also a costume that comes to life when worn. This week we invite participants to build sculptures that come alive with movement and sound. We provide the materials, you bring the creativity!
