Art + Math Program Celebration

A child’s hands making collage-style art.
Grand Hall
May 30, 2026 2–5 p.m.

A showcase of mathematics-inspired artworks by elementary-age students

Discover works of art in which geometry becomes sculpture and algebra becomes art! The Olivia and Leslie Rainbow Foundation and the Museum invite you to celebrate the incredible achievements of our youngest local creators with a student art exhibition, art-making activities, and light refreshments. Over the course of a six-week intensive Art + Math Program through the Foundation, students ages four to seven explored the intersection of logic and imagination through objects in the Museum’s collections to create vibrantly patterned collages, intricate symmetry paintings, and more.

Open to the public; registration is encouraged.

Founded by Chris Kuenne and his sons to honor the artistic lives of Olivia and Leslie Kuenne, the Olivia and Leslie Rainbow Foundation is dedicated to bringing world-class art and technology education to every child.
