Purchased in Hong Kong by Tang Ping-yuan 唐炳源 (1898–1971); later gifted to his daughter Constance Tang Fong 方唐志明, wife of Wen C. Fong 方聞 (1930–2018); collection of Wen C. Fong and Constance Tang Fong until 2021; gifted to the Princeton University Art Museum by Constance Tang Fong, October 2021.
