Acquired by Francis Douce (1757–1834), London (possibly in London July 1806 from Thomas Philipe [?–c.1817] or from Samuel Woodburn [1786–1853]); bequeathed to the Bodleian Library, Oxford, 1834; transferred to the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, 1863 from which it was eventually deaccessioned.
