Text – Scroll 1: "Junzi ai ren, qi shou zhong [ ]" 君子愛人齊手眾[ ] Scroll 2: "Zhishi ju ye, ben ci yi cheng" 志士居業本此一誠 Dedicated to "Fengting daxiong" 楓 亭 大 兄 ("Fengting" is the name of several figures. Possibly is Cao Jingchen 曹景宸 (hao Fengting, 1707–1776), Yangzhou salt merchant.)
