J. Massey Rhind’s nineteenth-century sculpture of John Witherspoon is one in a series that depicts Princeton alumni on the clock tower at East Pyne Hall. East Pyne is a Gothic Revival style building erected in the late 1800s in honor of the 150th anniversary of Princeton University.
