Description
Half-length portrait of Tang dynasty historian, poet, and official Han Yu 韓愈 (768-824), standing with his right arm at his chest holding a hanging scroll. The pictorial stone from which this rubbing was taken was recarved by Yang Jun after an earlier carving by Feng Minchang 馮敏昌 (1747-1806).
