June 6, 2026 10 a.m.–1 p.m.

Saturdays are for young makers in the Creativity Labs!

The artist Helen Frankenthaler developed a new painting technique called staining. This allowed the paint to soak into the canvas in unpredictable ways. This week we’ll embrace the unpredictability of art together and see where the creativity flows. We provide the materials, you bring the creativity!

Visit us any time between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to explore a work of art, play with different materials, and exercise your imagination. No tickets or registration required—just drop in as your schedule allows! All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.
