L’Avant-Scène, the French Theater Workshop in the Department of French and Italian, presents the seventeenth-century playwright Jean Racine’s five-act tragedy Britannicus (1669), performed in the original French. Directed by Florent Masse and featuring Jeielle Habinam ’26, Eddie Kong ’27, Erik Lawani ’27, graduate students Jordan Coty Eloundou Ndongo and Oladoyin Phillips, professor Flora Champy, and Sophie Orloff.
