Explore the techniques and aesthetics of a countercultural phenomenon.

Join artist Christina Freeman in the Creativity Labs for a zine-making workshop inspired by the exhibition Photography as a Way of Life: Minor White, Aaron Siskind, and Harry Callahan. Participants will learn to translate visual techniques that originated in the darkroom, such as double exposure and masking, to create zines with collage and photocopy formats. Materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own images, drawings, or other 2D materials.
