Roosevelt, and Joseph Stalin to discuss postwar order in Europe clashes dissonantly with a <em>Los Angeles Herald Tribune</em> headline that reads “Manson in Solitary,” referring to the incarceration of Charles Manson, the notorious cult leader convicted of the brutal Tate murders in 1969.
